Privacy collection notice.
This notice explains the personal information Proclivity Studios Pty Ltd collects when you request consideration for the Exodus Unchained private alpha.
What we collect
Your first name, last name, email address, submission time, page source, and the consent choices you make. We also use short-lived technical request information to protect the form from abuse, but do not store a raw IP address with your application.
Why we collect it
We use the required details to assess alpha interest, select a suitable testing cohort, contact selected applicants, administer alpha participation, and keep a reliable record of your request. If you separately choose optional updates, we may also use your details for occasional Exodus Unchained development and marketing messages.
Choice and consequences
You do not have to provide your details. Without them, we cannot consider or contact you for alpha access. Optional marketing consent is not required for alpha consideration, and every future marketing message must provide a way to unsubscribe.
Storage, access, and disclosure
Application records are stored in access-controlled infrastructure used to operate Exodus Unchained. We do not sell this information. We may disclose it to service providers that host or support the site where necessary, subject to their service and security obligations. Our current hosting providers may process data outside Australia.
Access, correction, and withdrawal
You may ask what we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw optional marketing consent, or ask a privacy question by emailing privacy@exodusunchained.com. Withdrawing optional marketing consent does not prevent necessary correspondence about an alpha application or participation.
Notice version
This is collection notice version alpha-interest-v1, effective 28 August 2026. The public launch checklist requires the privacy contact mailbox and the full privacy policy to be operational before the preview password is removed.
